Case Study – Website KPIs

University of West Alabama

This was a project for a graduate level class at the University of West Alabama.  Students were given access to the Google Analytics dashboard for UWA’s website, and were asked to review the analytics then develop insights from the data to help enhance and improve the website. Students were to take their insights and data and create an infographic to promote their findings.
